My All Time Favorite Oreos

Almost everyone who knows me, knows that I am obsessed with Oreos! Not many people know that my obsession only started a couple years ago though, around summer time. I do like the normal Oreos, but I like the seasonal, creative Oreos even more! So I decided to mak a list of the best flavors I’ve tried.

My Favorite Flavors
1. Smores
I love anything smores flavored and this cookie is no exception. It is by far my absolute favorite Oreo ever!
2. Caramel Apples
One of my favorite things about October is that there are so many caramel apple flavored treats, including Oreos. I just wish they were available year round.
3. Red Velvet
These tastes just like the cake. Just the right amount of sweet, makes it hard to eat just one.
4. Cotton Candy
Almost a little too sweet for some people, but I like them and they actually do taste like cotton candy!
5. Lemon
Not too many people like lemon flavored things. Maybe they don’t like sour things. This one of the few lemon flavored foods that I like. It’s a little tart and but also a little sweet, the perfect combination.
6. Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
Not much to say about this one, but if you like the peanut butter and chocolate combo, this one is for you!
7. Gingerbread
Not the most popular flavor, but I like it because it reminds me of Christmas time.

Flavors I Would Never Eat Again

1. Brownie Batter
If you LOVE chocolate, this cookie is for you. But if you’re like me, this might be a little too sweet and a little too much chocolate in one small cookie.
2. Cinnamon Bun/Roll
Was looking forward to this one for months! Sadly, I was very disappointed.

Flavors I Would Not Ever Try

1. Pumpkin Spice
I don’t like anything with pumpkin, tbh, I don’t understand everyone’s obsession with everything pumpkin spice

Flavors I Wish I could’ve Tried

1. Root Beer Float
I love root beer floats, so I was very upset when I heard they had come out with root beer flavor Oreos!

2. Watermelon
3. Birthday Cake
4. Strawberries and Creme
5. Cookie Dough
6. Birthday Cake
7. Candy Corn
8. Banana Split

Flavors I Wish Existed

Sometimes I feel like the United States gets left out when it comes to interetsing food items. For example, countries like China, Japan, England, to name a few, get different flavors that we in the United States could only dream of! Here are some flavors I wish existed, they might be real outside of the US, but I have yet to see them.

1. Pomegranate
2. Dr. Pepper

Spring Break 2016

Spring break was almost a month and a half ago, but I’ve been busy with work and school so I haven’t had much time to write. This year, I had a good spring break. No I didn’t travel to Mexico or Florida like many college students do, but I enjoyed it anyways.

Although I worked through most of my spring break, I was also able to go to Knott’s Berry Farm with my sister Destiny for their annual Boysenberry Festival and Universal Studios Hollywood with my family.

Besides working out, I also went to the gym, had Hulu marathons, got to catch up on my reading, and just rest.

This was my second year going to the Boysenberry Festival at Knott’s Berry Farm. I loved the selection they had. Even though I like sweets and desserts, I ended up liking the BBQ things with boysenberry BBQ sauce the best. One interesting thing I tried was fried alligator with boysenberry Aoli.

It had been years since I went to Universal, maybe 5 years or so. They have made so many changes. Some good, like the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which was open even though I went March 25, and the addition of a mini Springfield . A small scale of the city where the Simpsons takes place. While I do think the Minions ride was cute, I didn’t like the fact that they took out the Terminator 3dshow for that. Still not over them getting the ET ride, even if the Mummy ride is fun. Somehow, my mom and I were able to convince my 6 year old sister to join us. I also miss the I Love Lucy store/museum they had before. As always, I had fun on the studio tour. Yes, its such a touristy thing to do, but I like it! Random, but when we first got to City Walk, we saw Mario Lopez lol We went to eat at Pinks and Pizza hut afterwards.

Wrestlemania 32

When I was younger, I used to like watching wrestling. This was back when WWWE was WWF. When I started middle school, I decided that I wasn’t into it anymore for whatever reason. I recently started watching again last year, thanks to my bf who was like oh we should watch Monday Night Raw together. When he said that, I was like are you serious? So I agreed and we started watching a couple times a month. At first I didn’t know any of the wrestlers, but then I started to have favorites.

This year, somehow, I was given Sunday off from work without having to request it. I watched Wrestlemania 32, which was my first Wrestlemania ever, with my younger sisters and younger brother. We made pizza and had junk food. We managed to watch the pre show and the whole show before my sisters had to get ready for school the next day.

Two of the preshow matches that I liked were the Usos beating the Dudley Boyz in the tag team match and the 10 Divas tag team match. The Usos are my favorite tag team in WWE, I always root for them. I even like them more than the New Day. In the Divas tag team match, I was rooting for Team Total Divas aka Brie Bella (my favorite), Natalya, Paige, Eva Marie, and Alicia Fox. They were going against Team B.A.D and Blonde aka Naomi, Summer Rae, Emma, Tamina, and Lana. Team Total Divas won their match as well.

There were a few good matches. Not all the people I was rooting for won, however. Dean Ambrose had a match with Brock Lesnar, but unfortunately he lost. After this match, they had the match for the Women’s Championship. It was a 3 way match with Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks. I was rooting for Sasha Banks, but I would’ve been okay with Becky Lynch winning. In the end though, Charlotte won. Ugh. I got to see The Undertake win against Shane McMahon in Hell in a Cell, that was good. The one moment everyone was talking about was when Shane Mcmahon jumped off the top of the cage and tried to land on the Undertaker. Lucky for the Undertaker, he moved out just in time.

The main event of the night was the WWE World Heavyweight Championship match between Triple (who was the current champion at the time) and Roman Reigns (my favorite). In the weeks leading up to Wrestlemania, the two of them had a lot of run ins on Monday Night Raw and other pay per view events. For the most part, Triple H seemed to have the advantage. I honestly thought he was going to win. But I was really happy to see Roman Reigns win even though I know not too many people like him for some reason.

Mall of America

Two years ago, I finally went to the Mall of America! It was something I had wanted to do for almost 15 years! I went in December 2014, while on winter vacation from school. I didn’t go alone, I took my (then) 16 year old sister. We went for the weekend and had a blast!

Since we are both California girls, winter in Minnesota was much colder than we were used to. I’ve gone to other states before, but this was the first time that I had to be in charge of the plane tickets and hotel room. I’ve gone to other states before, but this was the first time my sister went outside of California. I wasn’t that scared, but I think my sister was a little bit scared. Minnesota was so cold, but it looked really nice 🙂 The whole point of our trip was to go to the Mall of America, we went all three days. It was huge! Our first day at the mall, we ended up getting lost. There were similar stores to the malls here in California, but I’ve never been to a mall that included an indoor theme park!

We went the second day of our trip to the amusement park and while we didn’t go on all the rides, we still had a blast! The hotel we stayed at was nice and they had a shuttle that would take us to and pick us up from the Mall of America. One bad thing was that the Lakers played a game the same day that at left. If we had stayed one more day, we could’ve gone to see that game! Another semi bad thing was that our flight was delayed! We ended up waiting at the airport for about 4 hours! Luckily, I had my kindle, phone, and iPod with me 🙂
