So…

I’m no longer trying to lose weight, but I do want to start eating healthier. SO I’ve been buying lots of fruits, granola, yogurt, that’s pretty healthy right? lol I’ve also been buying veggies, shocking! lol Besides eating healthier, I also want to get in shape. No, getting in shape does not mean getting skinny. So, I’ve been doing squats, pushups, crunches etc lol I need to start running again though, it’s been weeks since I’ve done that 😦 I hope I can reach my goal! 🙂

5 Pounds

I know I said, no more losing weight…but I changed my mind. I want to lose at least 5 pounds. Well, only 5 more pounds. After this, I will definitely stop trying to lose weight. Instead of just starving myself, this time, I’d like to lose weight the right way, ie by running and working out and watching what I eat. My goal is to lose this weight by Spring 🙂
