I’m no longer trying to lose weight, but I do want to start eating healthier. SO I’ve been buying lots of fruits, granola, yogurt, that’s pretty healthy right? lol I’ve also been buying veggies, shocking! lol Besides eating healthier, I also want to get in shape. No, getting in shape does not mean getting skinny. So, I’ve been doing squats, pushups, crunches etc lol I need to start running again though, it’s been weeks since I’ve done that 😦 I hope I can reach my goal! 🙂
