I actually did better than expected with my goals last month. Here’s how I did
- No TikTok or Instagram for the whole month * I shockingly did this
- Run 30 miles * Actually did this too
- Read 5 books * I always read at least 7-8 books a month
- Spend less than $300 on groceries x Not sure how much I spent, but I know it was more than $300
- 20 days of using the phone less than 5 hours x Got really close to this goal, 15 days
- 20 No Spend days x This was a fail because I forgot to keep track
