May isn’t over yet, but I wanted to post this up since I have already decided on my goals for June.
- Use my phone less than 36 hours a week, this comes out to a little under 6 hours a day
- No streaming services aka Netflix, Prime, or Hulu
- Only shop on Amazon once
- No Twitter, Facebook, or Snapchat
- Run 20 miles
- No shopping at Target
- 20 No spend days
- Read 7 books
- No fast food
- No YouTube
