The past few weeks, I have slowly been building good habits and getting rid of old habits. Some of the goals I am setting for this month are easy and some do require some more effort. I am hoping to accomplish all ten goals this month.

- Run 30 miles
- $350 grocery budget
- $250 eating out budget
- Use phone less than 4 hours a day, 15 times
- Use phone less than 5 hours a day, 20 times
- No tardies to work
- Run 1-2 times a week
- Work out 2-3 times a week
- Post 2 YouTube videos
